I'm sorry, I don't even remember which series this was, but I do
remember the episode very clearly.
A young man was stalking and killing woman after woman because they
looked like his mother and he had abandonment issues. He would always
text them beforehand, though. He killed one woman in her shower and
one after following her home from her work in a cafeish thing. Then,
he killed a babysitter, but then the baby got hungry and he fed him.
Then, when the parents caught him, he killed the father but left the
mother and child unharmed, only locked in a room so he would have time
to escape. And he always arranged things neatly while he was in the
victims' homes. Eventually, he was surrounded and caught. Come to
think of it, I vaguely remember there being to Gibbs, so it may not be
NCIS.
